Community Conversations was conceptualized by IEN to provide opportunities for the campus and off-campus communities to come together to engage in dialogue on topics and issues that are important to the people that live, learn and work in our communities, including our global community.
In recognition of ten years since September 11, 2001, a special partnership with representatives from the Cities of Lansing, East Lansing and Michigan State University has been formed to develop programs for the community to participate in. Some programs/events have been offered for years and many are new but all of them are designed to celebrate our diversity and build communities where everyone feels respected and supported. See link below for a complete listing of events.
If you have questions about any of these programs, contact the Office for Inclusion at inclusion@msu. edu or call 517-353-3922 if you have questions about any of our events.
